This is because we eat more than our bodies can burn, we exercise very little and our environment has deteriorated in many ways.

Risk Assessment

Robust health is a goal  only possible through proactive strategies. We will assess you for indicators for at risk factors for obesity, diabetes, heart disease and osteoporosis. 

Dietary Advice

What we eat forms the cornerstone of our well-being. At One Stop Clinic we will advice you on issues of diet including kinds and amounts of food especially if you have a weight problem.

Exercise Programming  and Support. 

Exercise is essential for continuing good health. We will advise and support you through the critical early days when you are likely to give up. A personal trainer is assigned to you for at least 8 weeks to work with you until you are confident to continue on your own.

Weight Management

"Epidemic" is a word that has occasionally been used to describe the obesity in our communities. Obesity is associated with increased occurrence of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, stroke and joint disease. It is therefore essential that you pay attention to your weight. 

We will provide assessment, advice and support throughout the period you are on the programme. All we ask is you be committed to reaching your goal.
